Culinary Lavender
Most people know lavender for it's scent, but this herb is easily incorporated into both savory and sweet dishes. We use "sweet" Lavandula angustifolia 'Purple Bouquet' for our culinary products. It has a gentle lavender flavor, not medicinal as some other varieties can be. All of our lavender is grown organically without sprays.
